Gaultheria procumbens aka Winterberry or Eastern Teaberry or Checkerberry or Boxberry or American Wintergreen
Winterberry can be grown outdoors in a container or in the garden through the summer, as well as indoors year-round.
Light: Bright light with some direct or filtered sunshine.
Water: Likes well-drained soil that is kept consistently moist but not soggy. Allowing the plant to dry out too much will cause blooms to wilt and possibly not recover. Avoid getting the foliage wet when watering.
