Sign Up (deadline November 1st)

-Complete 2 forms (registration form and custom order form).

-Email them back to fundraising@scottsnursery.nb.ca.

-Once received, we’ll set up your account.

Pick Up Your Custom Forms

-We design and print order forms with your group’s name/logo.

-You’ll be notified when they’re ready for pickup at Scott’s Nursery.

Take Orders

-Distribute the forms to your team.

-Collect orders and payments from buyers.

-You keep the money until the fundraiser is complete.

Track Sales & Report Totals (deadline November 18th)

-By the deadline, send us the total number of each product sold.

-You don’t need to hand in individual order forms—just the totals.

Receive Coupons

-We print coupons matching the number of products you reported.

-You pick them up and distribute them to your buyers (they use these as their “ticket” to get their product at Scott’s).

Redeem at Scott’s Nursery (coupons expire December 24th)

-Starting on the redemption date, buyers bring their coupon(s) to Scott’s Nursery.

-They exchange the coupon for their chosen product—no extra payment required.

Final Billing (Invoice will be sent after coupon expiry date, before December 31st)

-After the coupon expiry date, we calculate how many were redeemed.

-Your organization is only charged for redeemed coupons.

-Any unredeemed coupons = pure profit for your fundraiser.
