 Houseplants

(Our houseplants are guaranteed for 48 hours from time of purchase)
For care instructions please refer to the label, which covers lighting, watering, fertilizing and maintenance. We always recommend you quarantine your new plants prior to introducing them to the rest of your plant family. Please contact us as soon as possible if further care advice is needed or if you have any concerns.

 Annuals

(Our Annuals are guaranteed for 48 hours from time of purchase)
For care instructions please refer to the label (when possible), which covers lighting, watering, fertilizing and conditions. General care instructions for annuals are full to part sun depending on varieties, water when at least top two inches of the soil dries out (this could sometimes mean twice daily in hot and dry conditions) and make sure the annuals never sit in water as they need proper drainage. Also, always be cautious of temperature. Sometimes we are not able to put plants out until the danger of frost has completely gone, which in some cases and areas is in June. Please contact us if further care advice is needed or if you have any concerns.

 Perennials

(Guaranteed for the first growing season until October 31st)
For care instructions please refer to the label which covers lighting, watering, fertilizing and maintenance. Perennials often require winter protection. Receipt and plant (intact) required upon return for refund or exchange. Please contact us if further care advice is needed. 

 

Perennials purchased that are still in containers must be accompanied by the original receipt and returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All plants that are not returned at the quality level at which they were purchased will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

 Trees and Shrubs

For care instructions please refer to the label which covers lighting, watering, fertilizing and maintenance.


Warranty for nursery stock that is zone hardy for your area:

 1 Year from date of purchase 

 

Receipt and plant (intact) required upon return for refund or exchange. Trees and shrubs need to be planted in the ground to be covered with our guarantee. Disease, animal, insect and physical damage are not covered. 

 

Shrubs or trees purchased that are still in containers must be accompanied by the original receipt and returns or exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All plants that are not returned at the quality level to which they were purchased will not qualify for an exchange or refund.


Note: We do not warranty tender plant material that is NOT hardy for your area such as: tender rose bushes, Japanese Maples, Butterfly bushes, etc. Please contact us if further care advice is needed.

You have 30 days for any return with your receipt.
All refunds and returns require a receipt.
