General Information: Mumm’s Organic Buckwheat produces soft, delicate microgreens with a mild, slightly tart flavour. Seeds should be soaked before sowing, and the microgreens grow best in medium warmth with consistent moisture. Sensitive to high light and heat, which can cause leaf burn. Gentle light is ideal.
