General Information: Mumm’s Organic Speckled Peas produce tender, sweet shoots that are among the most popular microgreens for their high yield and excellent flavour. Seeds should be soaked before sowing for best germination. They grow vigorously in soil or hydroponic media and can often produce a second flush after harvest.
