Helen's Flower provides abundant yellow blooms in late summer and well into fall. Attracts bees and butterflies, and offers a cheery yellow colour long after most other wildflowers have finished blooming.

Plant in: Full Sun in Medium to Moist Soil
Blooms: August to October
Zone: 3-8

Wet and cold stratification required. Mix seeds with moist substrate (vermiculite, perlite or moss) and place in a plastic bag and refrigerate for 6-8 weeks. Sow seed at 1/8 inch depth. Do not let seedling dry out while they are establishing.
