The unique colour adds beauty to outdoor arrangements. Either the shiny green or matte brown side can be used to provide a different look. Magnolia is not as cold tolerant as other greens. The green side will turn black in very cold weather but the matte brown side will retain its beautiful colour. Alternatively you can enjoy magnolia indoors in a bouquet or centerpiece if kept in water.
