European cypress Elwoodii makes a great addition to indoor holiday decor but can be grown indoors as a houseplant year round. Their main requirements are for well-drained soil and lower temperatures around 15 -18 degrees Celsius.
Light: Cypress require a bright location with indirect or filtered sunshine.
Water: Water thoroughly once per week but allowing the soil to dry out in between. The soil must be fat draining so plants don't have soggy roots but they also don't like to dry out too much.
