Philodendron Malayan Gold

Also known as Philodendron 'Golden Goddess' or 'Lemon Lime', is a popular, vibrant, and easy to grow aroid. This cultivar is a golden-hued variant of Philodendron domesticum, a species native to Indonesia and Thailand. It is a vigorous climber that can add a bright splash of color to any indoor space. It is a vining plant that will climb if given support, such as a moss pole. When trained to climb, its leaves will typically grow larger and more impressive. It can also be left to trail from a hanging basket.

Lighting: Prefers bright, indirect light to produce the most vibrant leaf colour. While it can tolerate lower light, the foliage will become a duller green without sufficient light. Avoid direct sun, as this can scorch the leaves.

Watering: Water the plant when the top 1–2 inches of soil feel dry to the touch. It is very sensitive to overwatering, which can lead to root rot.
