Great for walls and fences or as a ground cover in sunny areas. Strong vines reach 2 m tall, but need some help attaching themselves to supports. Flowers occur in the same colour range as Dwarf Jewel Mix.

As nasturtiums resent transplanting, directly sow seed into well-drained soil in late May, 2.5 cm deep and 5 cm apart, thinning seedlings to 20 cm apart. Seeds generally germinate within 12 days. Full sun is preferred. Partial shade is recommended in hot summer areas. Blooms have a peppery taste and are quite popular as a salad garnish. We recommend removing spent flowers to help lengthen the blooming period.
