A stunning, rare Italian Heirloom. These large onions (10–15 cm) feature a vibrant rosy red hue, sweet yet deep flavour, and a firm texture. Germinates best in warm soil at 27-32°C with moderate moisture.

Seed ¼ inch deep, 8 weeks before the last frost. When the first true leaves appear, transplant them into 4" pots. Transplant out 2-4 weeks after the last frost. Transplants will benefit from being watered with a high-phosphorus solution when first planted.
