Northern Wildflowers Mizuna Mustard Green

Tall, feathery greens with deeply incised leaves. Very mild in flavour, with crunchy succulent stems. Makes an excellent salad green. The seed is from a small organic farm in Quebec. Germinates best at 24°C in moist soil.

Direct Seed at 1/4” deep once the soil can be worked in the spring. Sow every 2 weeks into fall for a continuous harvest.
