A popular and highly collectible variegated cultivar of Hoya latifolia.
Lighting: Bright, indirect light is crucial for maintaining the plant's health and vibrant yellow/gold variegation. An east or west-facing window is often ideal, providing ample light without the harsh, direct sun that can scorch the leaves. It can tolerate medium light, but growth will be slower, and the variegation may fade.
Watering: As a semi-succulent, the Hoya stores water in its thick, waxy leaves and is susceptible to overwatering. Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. In general, this may mean watering every 1-2 weeks in spring and summer, and less frequently in winter. When in doubt, it is safer to underwater. Yellowing leaves are often a sign of too much water.
