A well-known Maritime favourite. Summer Savory is an easy-to-grow open-pollinated annual herb used to enhance poultry stuffing, soups, stews, fish and many other dishes. Choose a sunny location or plant with other herbs for an aromatic culinary garden. Plants have attractive leaves with pale mauve-pink flowers.
