Halifax Herb Seed Chamomile

Native to Europe and West Asia, chamomile is one of the oldest and most popular garden herbs. The aromatic annual plants produce a large quantity of attractive daisy-like flowers on tall stems. The fresh herb has a pleasing apple-like scent. The flowers make delicious tea which is noted for soothing indigestion and its sleep-inducing effects. The flowerheads also make a pretty addition to potpourri.
