Euphorbia Francoisii

$24.99
Title

This species is prized for being like a living piece of mosaic art - often treated as a natural "bonsai" due to its thick root crown and crown of colourful leaves. What makes it a favourite among collectors is its hexaploid genetics (six sets of chromosomes). This genetic quirk causes extreme variation from seedling to seedling. A single batch can produce leaves that are spade-shaped, lanceolate, or tightly ruffled, spanning colours from deep burgundy and metallic silver to bright pink and emerald green.

What To Look For: White, cottony or waxy masses on stems, leaf axils, underside of leaves. Sticky honeydew, sooty mold growth, yellowing or dropping leaves.

How To Treat: Use a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to dab and remove visible bugs. Wash leaves and stems with gentle soapy water. In heavy infestations, consider removing very affected stems/leaves or, in the worst case, replacing the plant.
