When the plant is young, it features leaves with beautiful, greyish-green colour and distinct dark green veins. As the plant matures, the leaves become more green in colour and develop the fenestrations Monstera are known for. However, if the plant is grown in a hanging basket, the leaves will likely stay in their juvenile form. If the plant is allowed to climb, it will develop the mature leaves.
Lighting: Provide bright, indirect light. Sun from an east window is fine, or filtered light from a southern or western window will work too.
Watering: Water when the top couple of inches of soil becomes dry.
