For care instructions, please refer to the label (when possible), which covers lighting, water depth, fertilizing, and maintenance. Aquatic plants should be placed or planted in appropriate pond or water garden conditions as soon as possible after purchase.
Aquatic plants are divided into hardy (perennial) and tropical/annual varieties, and warranty coverage differs accordingly.
Hardy Aquatic Plants (Perennial Types)
(Guaranteed for the first growing season until October 31st)
Hardy aquatic plants such as water lilies, marginals, and other zone-hardy varieties are guaranteed for the current growing season. Proper planting depth, sunlight, and water conditions are essential for success, and wide varieties require proper overwintering care.
Receipt and plant (intact) are required upon return for refund or exchange. Plants must be planted in suitable aquatic conditions to qualify for this guarantee. Damage caused by frost, poor water quality, animal activity, insects, disease, or physical damage is not covered.
Hardy aquatic plants that remain in their original containers must be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for exchange or refund. Plants not returned in original quality will not qualify.
Tropical & Annual Aquatic Plants
(Guaranteed for 48 hours from time of purchase)
Tropical and non-hardy aquatic plants are sensitive to cold temperatures and environmental changes. These plants should not be placed outdoors until all danger of frost has passed.
Receipt and plant (intact) are required upon return for refund or exchange within 48 hours. Plants that have been exposed to unsuitable conditions, including cold temperatures or improper water conditions, are not covered.
