Alfalfa Sprouts have a wonderful mild flavour. Use these sprouts to enhance your meals by adding a delightful crunch to burgers or pitas. Soak seeds for 4-8 hours at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Drain water completely. Afterwards, rinse seeds twice a day until completely germinated to avoid mould growth. Always drain well.
