McKenzie Organic Sprout Seeds Spring Salad

The perfect blend of flavours: broccoli, radish, alfalfa and clover. Soak seeds for 4 - 8 hours at room temperature out of direct sunlight. Drain water completely. Afterwards, rinse seeds twice a day until completely germinated to avoid mould. Refrigerate to keep fresh.
