Philodendron Erubescens

Leaves emerge burgundy and transition to green with age. Younger leaves may emerge more orange.

Lighting:  Medium to bright indirect light. Place in an east or south-facing window for optimum growth. Direct sun or too much light will burn or fade the leaves.

Watering: Water thoroughly when the top 1-2" of soil becomes dry. Drain off any excess in the saucer. In winter when the growth has slowed, reduce watering, keeping the soil barely moist.
