A tropical plant with large green leaves and pink blooms which are attractive to hummingbirds and butterflies.

Lighting: Position in a sunny window indoors.

Watering: This plant likes to be kept consistently moist (however not soggy). Water frequently but take care not to overwater the soil. Reduce water over winter and water just enough so that the plant does not fully dry out.

Tip: These plants can spend the summer outdoors after all risk of frost has passed and brought back indoors when temperatures start to decline (before frost).
