Rosmarinus officinalis Gorizia

The Rosemary Gorizia has double the size of leaves of other Rosemary. Their strong stems can be used as barbeque skewers. The leaves have a strong pungent flavour. Great for flavouring oils and vinegars.

They thrive in even the worst conditions working with dry and infertile soil.

Harvest by taking tip cuttings and chop finely to add flavour into meats, stuffings and stews.
