Halifax Seed Leek American Flag Pkg.

This heirloom variety has a mild onion flavour. Tender stems are about 10” (25 cm long) and are delicious in soups, stews or salads. American Flag is hardy and easy to grow, a favourite for home gardeners. Plant seeds in early spring when ground can be worked in a sunny spot with rich deep soil. Hilling encourages long shanks.
