Poinsettia Dark Yellow 4.33" Pot

First introduced to the United States in 1825, the poinsettia has played a starring role in Christmas celebrations ever since. Poinsettias add a cheerful, festive touch to holiday decor.

Light: Provide as much indirect light as possible. They do not require direct sun though.

Water: Water using tepid water whenever the soil feels dry to the touch. Take care not to overwater or leave the pot sitting in a tray of water. Use special care if your poinsettia has a decorative cover on it. It is best to remove the cover when watering, let the excess water drain and then put the cover back on.

Temperature: They prefer temperatures between 16 and 20 degrees Celsius. Higher temperatures will shorten the bloom period. Keep plants away from any sources of hot or cold drafts such as a heat register or near the front door.
